Finding your favorite foods on campus is a snap. We are proud
to offer a dining program complete with menu selections that
entail just about every item you can imagine. Just feast your eyes
on our many selections!

Ultimate Dining offers an innovative approach to on-campus
dining. A totally integrated food program that
brings to you a great selection of fresh foods being served at
different platforms. The following is a brief description of some
of the dining options we offer.

- Farmer's Market
Soup 'n' Salad is truly an exciting fusion of delectable entrée
salads created by our expert chefs and a crisp palette of greens,
crispy vegetables and great toppings.
- Tossed around Pizza and Pasta
Pizzarette is the place to go for creative, handtossed pizzas served
hot-out-of-the-oven. Exotic crusts, like basil, parmesan or whole
wheat oregano, topped with gourmet sauces and only the freshest
meats and vegetables.
- Center of the Plate
Offering soul-warming stick-to-your-ribs cooking - with a creative
flair. Wholesome meals based on traditional comfort foods. At
the classics station you can find a well-rounded meal featuring
local favorites, such as, Red Beans and Rice, Gumbo and Catfish.

- Quench Your Thirst
Of course, no meal is complete without the right beverage, and our Beverage Bar offers a wide variety of beverages to meet the preferences and needs of our students.
- Flash in the Pan
Perhaps nowhere will our passion for restaurant quality dining sizzle as at your International sauté station, featuring an exhibition of authentic international favorites. You can select exactly what ingredients you like and watch as your meal is created before your eyes, precisely the way you want it.
- Ultimate Veggie
The Ultimate Veggie station features exhibition cooking, as described beneath "Flash in the Pan", as well as, occasionally offering a variety of vegetarian options.
